Good construction, the handle is attached to the base with screws. Comes with all the necessary screws.I am using them on the attic entrance. This is exactly what I needed.Cannot assess the quality of stainless steel. If it starts to rust, I will update the review.

These handles are shinier than as seen in the pictures. Replaced a zinc diecast handle that had a hollow backing. The feel is just right in the tubular grip. Most importantly is that it comes with the right screws. Screws are stainless and short enough that they don't implead if installed on opposing sides of a standard thickness metal entrance door. The plate is pretty square and easily installs referencing factory edges. Goes on flat with no gaps. Good value for money in the long term as they will be exposed to wet hands. Bubbling copper oxide, and rust will no longer be an issue.

Needed inside handles for new garage doors. These fit the bill - perfectly. The handle is SOLIDLY mounted to the backing plate. The backing plate has six counter-sunk holes to mount it FIRMLY to the back of the door. Definitely NOT cheap junk. Very inexpensive, very well made, very much worth it. Easy five-stars.

Used for a metal door. Screws are not of good quality but worked for my needs. Be sure to predrill holes for the screws. Makes for an easier install.

Great condition and easy to install. I used outdoors and located near the ocean. I did clear coat for extra protection but works great so far

These were used for an inswing storage room door with only a dead bolt.. worked well to pull door shut while locking the dead bolt.

Nice product would have given 5 stars but it does not come with screws!

These handles work perfect for creating a barn door out of an old exterior door. I just screwed teh plates over teh old deadbolt and knob holes and I was done. Voila new barn door for a treehouse. Holds well, works great.
