My Bichon/Shih Tzu mixed dog hates having his nails clipped! I tried this nail grinder because I thought he might tolerate it better than traditional nail clippers. It was easy to use and he didn't react badly to the first use. It does cause a lot of nail dust from the grinding and it takes longer than nail clipping so I may have to grind several times to get his nails completely trimmed. My little boy was more calm with the grinder than clippers and there's less chance of accidentally hitting the quick in the nail so I will use the nail grinder from now on.

have only used it once. So far it is doing a good job on my dogs nails. It is very quiet, so it does not scare him.

Battery dies too fast. Would use on one nail and then it dies. Has to be used while plugged in to charge in order for it to work full strength. It’s annoying. I’m very disappointed

It's quiet and fits the hand well. I barely make it through all four paws before it runs out of juice.

Works good. Tried it on my nails. My dog is a afraid of every thing. Wouldn't let me use it on him. I tried. Still seems good for price.
