This is a great commuter bag. In the largest compartments on either side I put work boots, the other my thermal lunch bag, thermal flask of coffee and an assortment of snacks. The second zipper compartment I put my headphones, papers and paychecks. The other side I use to dump all my personal stuff if it’s raining real bad. The last pouch down is for tube, tools, and pump. The other side I store extra gloves and hand warmers just in case. If you want to bring a change of clothes get a front bag and you’ll be all set. It is more waterproof if you have the zippers down on one side instead of joining them in the middle of the big compartments. I still use ziplock bags for my wallet and such when I put it in there just in case. Has a canvas look and feel but a rubbery layer inside. Fabric was definitely treated and stunk really bad. I opened it all up and let it sit open for a week before it dissipated. Worth it? YES!! Is this for grocery shopping and bike packing? No, it is for work commuting. I like the handle so you can pull it off and switch to do those other things. I also like the reflective strips in the back.

The advertisement photos make the blue version seem bright but in real life it's more if a grey blue with muted greens for the camo effect. The panniers use plastic strap adjusters to hold it to your bike instead if buckles too. I have some photos for reference.I haven't tested if it's waterproof yet but the inside is vinyl lined so I'd assume it'll hold up.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL with this bag. I love the way the bag looks and it looked great on my bike but started ripping after the third or fourth of use. The fabric is very cheap and WILL not be able to pack anything heavy or pointy like tools. Do not buy if you are in need a heavy duty bag that you plan to use daily.

Holds a ton. Am using for bike commute to work and grocery shopping. Awful smell when first opened but resolved after a few days. Very lightweight. It’s well on rack. Straps secure.

Definitely super cool looking but pretty cheap to zippers are broke right out of the bag pretty disappointed but I don’t know what I was expecting after all it was very cheap

Reasonable size for my needs. Tough enough for the occasional store trip for sure. Not a long hauler type but works perfect for me.
