ZWILLING J.A. Henckels TWIN L Kitchen Shears

I am thoroughly impressed with the ZWILLING Twin Shears! These 230mm scissors are exceptionally sharp and handle even the toughest tasks with ease. They effortlessly glide through packages of frozen kernel corn and plastic-wrapped fully cooked turkey breasts like a dream, making meal prep so much quicker and easier. These scissors are made in Germany, as stated on the package, and mine was shipped directly from Germany. The customs clearance process was surprisingly fast and completed within a day. A word of caution: these scissors are extremely sharp, so handle them carefully. I accidentally cut my index finger while unboxing them for the first time. While the sanitation wipes worked well for cleaning them, I recommend extra care to avoid similar mishaps. It would be great if the manufacturer included a bold warning about the sharpness on the packaging for extra precaution. Overall, this is an outstanding product, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for durable and sharp kitchen shears. Just be careful when handling them – they’re no joke!

I have always had kitchen shears for all things that need them in the kitchen. That means, they must thoroughly cleanable and rust-proof and stay sharp. My last ones were heavy duty ones that the handle broke on. THESE KITCHEN SHEARS ARE WONDERFUL! Worth every penny, I have been using them non-stop and they are strong, very sharp and totally clean up wonderfully. I prefer shears that do not separate, as I have had some nasty accidents with those type of items, these do not separate, but they do get wonderfully clean! I am totally delighted with the weight, ease of use and sharpness of these scissors, wonderful purchase!

This was a replacement. This edition is a bit flimsy, compared to the previous ZWILLING J.A. Henckels Kitchen Shears I owned. I am not sure if it will function as well for heavy duty jobs.

I bought these to replace the shears which came with my knife set. I lost the shears and was very disappointed. These shears are sharp and make easy work of cutting in the kitchen. Easy to wash and dry as well.

I use these almost every day in the kitchen and they work really well. Very sharp and are of a good quality.

I have bought a number of kitchen shears over the years, generally endorsed by this or that celebrity chef, only to have them quickly lose their edge, develop rust spots, or come apart. I have never been pleased with any that I have bought in the past. Then a few months ago, while driving down a dirt road east of Yuma AZ (having just enjoyed a lovely date shake from Martha's Gardens Medjool Date Farm), I heard a loud thumping from the back of the car and realized that I had a flat tire. When I finally got it off the car, I grabbed my pliers and pulled a peculiar object out of my rear passenger side tire. I identified it from the brand name on the blades even though the plastic handles had broken off, and realized that a pair of Henckels Kitchen Shears left on the road had blown out my tire. Not only that, but even after cutting straight through the tread of a steel belted radial, they were still wicked sharp. Of course, I immediately ran out and bought a pair and threw out my old, dull kitchen scissors. I have had these now for a month or so and have used them extensively in my kitchen, where they have proven tremendously effective and durable. You will never see me leaving scissors on he road! 2024 update: still sharp!

Great pair of kitchen scissors. I had my first pair for two years, they never dulled. After a roommate moved out and stole them, I found myself on Amazon buying the exact same pair of scissors to replace them. Totally worth the money. Honestly, if you feel like shelling out the cash, I'd recommend then entire knife set. Solid products.

Bästa saxen jag ägt samt att den är ergonomisk för både vänster- och högerhänta. Korköppningsfunktionen är även bra att ha. Samma om inte till och med bättre kvalitet som fiskars saxar.
