I have been using this product since the 90’s. Although I have tried other products, ORS is the only one I trust because its products live up to its name and do what it says they would do. I use almost all of ORS products and know I can depend on them for texture, growth, styling, shine, conditioning, hold, etc. When you find something that works…stick with it. ORS products are worth price and high in value.

Product was mild and easy to use.

I have a lot of hair, close to waist length, but very fine. I used another brand of mild relaxer for years, but my hair became dry and unrecognizable. With the first use of this ORS relaxer (fine to normal hair), my hair looked and felt soft, silky, and healthy. I’m still amazed! This relaxer saved my hair and it was only used on new growth. The neutralizing shampoo is a must too. The shampoo gently cleans the hair without stripping it.My experience with this relaxer is very positive, and I recommend this product hands-down!
