Not only does this fan make me look extremely fancy, it moves a shocking amount of air for its size. We recently took a cross-country Amtrak and the AC went out for a full day's ride through the desert. Without this little fan in my purse I would have melted into a puddle for sure. It folds down to nothing and I love that it has a little storage pouch. My handbag is small and this takes up virtually no room.

Beautiful, affordable, practical. Great to have in your purse for hot summer days (I live in Manhattan and couldn't live without this). Comes with a nice satin case. The tassel came off, but otherwise the fan is perfection. Love this a lot more than a lot of the other fans out there which can look pretty cheap and cheesy. Get it!

Its ok. For the price it is good. I just wanted something simple and easy for cheaper. It looks nice. The bamboo is not very strong. So dont do anything crazy with it. The bamboo already came off of the fabric and i only had it for a few days. Used it twice before that happened. Probably going to try gluing it.

Very nicely made fan. The end pieces are very subtly sparkly (not sure if they're plastic or enameled bamboo), the middle ribs of the fan are bamboo, there's a nice (black) edging at the top of the fabric to keep it from fraying, and the pin that holds it all together has a decorative end. Smooth opening and good breeze too.

The fan works very well to keep me cool on days when I need a bit of air flow but don't want to plug in an electric fan.

I needed to get myself a hand held self powered fan to help with my hot flashes. It does exactly that and fits in my smallish purse very well. It came with a fan cover which helps it to stay undamaged. It is very pretty and does exactly what I intended it for. It arrived on time and undamaged.

Size is good for travel. Not too big. Only thing is that when trying to close the fan it gets stuck and the accordion fold does not retract properly. You have to open and adjust with your fingers. Wished was sturdier. The silk tassel came off only after a couple of uses. This is poorly made.

This fan is exactly what I expected it to be. When I first opened it a few of the lines got stuck together at the tips. A gentle finger between and the popped apart like they should. New, the fan does not snap open or closed like I would like but I hope with time and wearing in, it will become more fluid. The fan does open smoothly. I am able to snap it open about 3/4 of the way.
