It does help with pain very slight but there is s definite difference.

*I don't usually write reviews, but this mattress pad has really healed my major problems so I wanted to write this*So I have this gastroparesis / digestive disorder that started out of college (prolly bad habits and stress). I have done multiple tests at the hospital and they only know its gastroparesis (where my food is delayed), but they don't know why. I have been sick since last year, being very reactive to certain foods. I have to eat this extremely bland diet to keep my food down (I believe myself to be moderately healthy in terms of exercise and diet, I am only a late sleeper). So I came across this mattress pad one day and decided I heard of it before from some MLM buisness overseas. This is my first time trying magnetic therapy, and wow it has helped me in so many ways. I only bought the travel size because I didn't want to throw hundreds down on the full twin size, and within a week, I felt more energetic, awake. I know it's crazy. I can feel better circulation and my stomach problems have been greatly reduced. I have used it for almost a month and all I can say is that it has helped to contain my health issues.Might want to invest in the twin size at some point. I know all this sounds hokey pokey but I think there's some proven research on this and it's definitely worth a try.

I use this pad daily and feel rapid increase in blood flow.

Years ago I read about the healing effects of magnets and then forgot about it. Just recently, I once more read about magnetic healing. Though I don't have a lot of physical complaints, as I've aged I noticed that I was stiff in the morning after getting out of bed and that I wasn't sleeping as soundly as I did when I was younger. I decided to try out this mattress pad. I've only had it for about two weeks, but already I've noticed that I sleep sounder and I'm not as stiff in the morning. An added benefit that I've noticed is that an area of spider veins by my ankle is disappearing. Yay!!!The mattress pad is comfortable to sleep on and you don't feel the individual magnets. I like it so much that I also bought the pillow topper. I'm happy with my purchase and would do it again. My daughter also purchased a pad for herself. Time will tell if there are more benefits to come.

I was pretty skeptical. The first night I slept on this pad I had been up for roughly 20 hours so i was a little tired. I woke up six hours later totally refreshed, not stiff and immediately ready to get out of bed. I had pretty much no pain in my shoulders like I have in the mornings most every day. If I had any ideal about the effects I would have bought a larger one. Next im gonna purchase the pillow topper.

Undecided if it helps yet but I am having other health issued

We have never slept better or felt our aches from the day feel better the next day like before we had this product. we started with just a twin size on our queen bed because only one of us thought it would work good, but have since purchased a queen size as we both feel better after sleeping on it
