Don’t bother ordering this. You’ll only get a cup that literally pours liquid out of it when the lid is ON. Not drips or trickles, pours. What’s the point of making it? And the worst thing is that you have to pay for return postage for something that doesn’t even perform as it should.I get that it might not be leak proof because it’s ceramic and that makes it difficult to achieve but there’s a long way between leak proof and useless where you can do something.There’s a Villeroy & Boch ceramic coffee cup I got instead of this, which isn’t perfect either but it’s better than this tut.

If you want a big travel mug, but only fits in amount of normal cup shown in photograph , and doesnt fit in your car holder, then this is the mug for you. To be fair it really does keep your drink warm, and drink tadtes normal instead of that 'flask taste'. It is a bit heavier than expcted, so if you have grip issues dont buy it, otherwise, I will be using it but not for travel, just for keeping my drink warm whilst at home or in the garden

This is the perfect gift for someone who loves their coffee at home or wherever but doesn't want to use a metal travel mug. It fits in the cup holder in my car too. The packaging it came in also made for a great gift. Super happy I took the chance on this purchase.

Don't get me wrong this is a gorgeous mug. But the lid just feels like a complete afterthought. First, the lid is made out of comparatively thin plastic (when compared to the thickness and quality of the mug itself), and uses a seal that is so thin that I worry it will literally wash away when I rinse it off. The seal has two concentric rings that help but it just feels so low quality. For the price you pay I would hope that the lid would have been just as special as the rest of the mug you know?

it's perfect for the office to heat up my coffee that I make in a french press. It comes with a lid that meets the reqires of my office to have a lid on my coffee is I'm walking around. It holds the heat and is a quality product.

Lid fits loosely. Coffee does not stay hot.
