The only small hiccup I encountered was that I had to go on their website to find out which rugs are the thickest vs thinnest. It would be great if the company provided this information upfront. I rated this a 3 because I was missing an item product showed it was supposed to come with a rug and kufi. Only received the rug which is soft and great quality just wish I had received what I paid for.

The item looks nice, but the price is too expensive.The beads are too cheap. With the price we paid we are supposed to recieve descent beads, much better quality.
