I’m surprised this doesn’t have more positive reviews. It’s cheaper than other niacinamide out there (the bottle is gigantic-2 year supply!) and there are no fillers!I bought this for anxiety/depression and while I have noticed feeling more relaxed from this supplement, particularly in my muscles/body, I think it’s too early to tell.What I have noticed without a doubt is that it has made my hair extremely soft! It seriously looks and feels GORGEOUS! I’m sure it’s going to stimulate hair growth given how healthy it has made my hair.The other thing is my skin! It’s looking more and more smooth and flawless every day. I had bad acne as a teenager and still get a mild flare up now and again, but the main thing that bothered me was skin discoloration. Big and funky-tasting
Taking this on the advice of my oncologist to help prevent skin cancer. Bought these on Prime Day so an excellent deal. Downside is they’re big and leave an aftertaste. But hey, no new cancers!

Terrible allergy
Had a terrible allergy had to call 911 , right after I took the pill I got a terrible rash and itch all over my arms legs back and neck, the. Couldn’t breathe or swallow, pressure around my chest, high blood pressure and heart racing, at ER room they gave me 3 or 4 shot of Benadryl and only after an hour I was a little better and could breathe on my own. Please be aware of this, don’t want anyone end up like me and I never had any allergies in my life from any pills at all. I’m returning!
