Not a direct fit replacement for metal cable read before purchasing for ATV.
Installing this on an ATV 3000LB winch. You will not have all the parts to install this if you are replacing the traditional metal cable. Parts you will need is a 6x16mm button head cap screw with a 6mm lock washer. This will replace the metal cable set screw on the winch drum. The synthetic rope is larger diameter than the cable it replaces and thus 50ft. of this is too long and basically over fills the drum to the point of the rope rubbing on the drum guide rods. It will also require you to remove the majority of the protection sleeve to avoid it getting tangled on the drum. If this was 6-10 ft. shorter and came with the cap screw to replace the set screw it would be spot on. The additional trip to the hardware store and no mention of required hardware in the description with the additional labor to remove the protective sleeve leads me to a 4 star review on the installation.**Update*** I have used this rope to the extreme, lifting a plow, clearing trees from trails, pulling other wheelers and my own out of sticky situations while literally stalling the 4000 pound winch. It has performed perfectly in the brutal use I have subjected it to for the past 2 years. It is a little ragged now for the first 10 feet but is still doing its job. I would purchase again! Not sure how people are snapping these unless they are using the wrong fairlead or letting it contact an edge while pulling.

Sturdy rope, cannot go wrong.
Very strong, we've used this as a zipline for the dog leash while camping. Our dog is 45 lbs and pulls very hard but the rope has stayed intact through multiple trips.
