After trying a number of the mixes available, grandma Debbie and her sister Cathy knew they could do better something just as healthy, but with improved taste and texture. Each box makes a 2 layer cake and includes a recipe for a butter cream filling. Makes two batches of fudge brownies. Mix also makes German Chocolate Cake. Can be made vegan.

Best GF Products Ever!
I've tried a lot of GF products over the last decade or so, but these have to be the best tasting and have the best mouth feel. My husband LOVES the bread mix. The pizza dough tastes like pizza dough. The cookie mix was way too tempting. And I just made the chocolate cake today for my birthday. OMG! Happy birthday to me! That was as good as Betty Crocker or Dunkin Hines. Chocolaty, moist, yum!

Delicious even with less of the recommended additional ingredients
GF mixes are pricey and when they require a lot of additions, that makes them pricier. I have experimented and found that using only 2 large eggs and half the butter (or coconut oil) with this mix still results in a chocolate cake that turns out GREAT. I actually like it better this way. I also use half milk/half water for the liquid. Hope this info helps!

Yummy Pizza & Cookies that are Casein free, & Gluten Free
great tasting products are made from this line of mixes that are Casein free, & Gluten Free. i have made the pizzas many times. i use the recipe on the box for calzone that are yummy. the cookies are all great. my husband like the oatmeal cookie recipe on the cookie box.it is so nice to find mixes that are both Casein free, & Gluten Free

Yummy but don't try it egg-free
Had to go vegan while breastfeeding and am gluten-free all the time. This was yuck using egg-free instructions (gooey, flat and funny-tasting) but regular instructions very good.

It is a pie crust
It was a pie crust, but suffered from the same issues that a lot of GF products have. Just not quite right. Maybe I just don't love pie enough. It was a good try though.

The only issue i had was that it wasn't the variety pack like I asked for. It was a case of just regular Gluten Free baking mix. However, this has allowed me to hone my G-free baking skills.
