Great bands and work really well. I bought heavy and medium resistance separately so I didn’t have to have pay for low resistance and not use them. Plus they feel extremely durable

The packaging was nice and the band feels like great quality. It did smell very vinegar-y when i opened it up, i'm hoping that goes away quickly. The band itself is tight enough to challenge me but not so tight that I can't stretch the band. I think it will be perfect! So far i have used to twice and holy cow it kicked my butt! It has already helped me feel like I'm getting in a way better workout! I'm excited to order the light band to use around my ankles. The medium is definitely too tight for that. I plan on updating my review after I've used the band for a month or so and see how it is holding up!

I bought this for my wife along with some other rubber elastic bands. This one is her go to band every time. Even though she got other bands with different resistances. She likes the feel and comfort of this band over the others and dont even think she uses the other ones at all. She is comfortable with the resistance and material it's made of and really likes it. I recommend this product over the others on amazon. You might think the other ones are worth the money cause you get 5 bands of different resistances but I bought her both and she wont even use the others. Save your money and get this band. Buy once and get something you'll love.

I just purchased this band a few months ago and I absolutely love it!!! It comes with 2 cute travel bags and is super tough for an intense leg/butt workout. I love the fact that, if I can't make it to the gym on time, I can still get a really good workout at home. Recommend 100%!!!

Very resistant but it helps do what you need to do. The band is thick and does not slide up when working out which is a plus! It also came with two travel bags and a little packet with tips and information about how to use it, which is always appreciated!

Wow what an incredible product at such a good deal!! These do not roll up during donkey kicks as I demo in photo, I am very happy with the product it works really good!I have slacked on fitness lately so I thought I’d treat myself to a new product for some motivation. This was the right choice! THREE band of varying resistance, a stretchy band, and several travel bags! And it’s all pretty cute! I’m thrilled and after a short 10 minute workout yesterday I can feel it in all the right places. I 100% recommend this purchase! I’m very happy!!
