I honestly feel like this heated eyelash curler is a game changer...everyone should have one!I have medium length course straight eyelash and have been fortifying and growing my eyelash using castor oil (which seems to be working and a healthier and natural alternative to Latisse) and I was looking for an actual curler to accentuate my lashes. For the most part with the usual metal eyelash curler (squeezer really) and mascara, I was only able to bend my eyelashes slightly upwards. Never looked great but it was better than nothing. So with some research I found out about heated eyelash curler and with some more online search through Amazon came upon Vivifast heated eyelash curler. Simply put it works...my eyelashes are curled upwards (not bent) and it stays throughout the entire day and probably night if I didn't wash my face.HIGHLIGHTS- the design of the curler has the heating coil mechanism encased in a hard plastic sleeve with ridges for your eyelash to go to...so essentially really no way you can burn yourself - though you can feel the heat from the curler. Also I was able to bend the tip slight to get a better angle especially for the corners of the eye.- lightweight (no battery and chargeable with USB cord) so you can easily switch from one side to the other in order to reach the inner/out corners of your eye with the tip which results in better curls.- super fast heating mechanism (30 seconds) and it has auto shut off- fairly simple to use, you run it through your eyelashes and kind of press down to curl. Another buyer complained that there doesn't seem to be a way to curl your eyelashes because it didn't have something to clamp down like a hair curler...but honestly your eyelash (no matter how long) will curl with a slight pressure down.HOW TO USE- I youtubed it to find out that you start by bending your eyelash with the traditional metal curler, put on mascara, wait to let it dry, turn on Vivifast eyelash curler (because it does not take long to heat up) and then curl your eyelash. You can repeat with mascara and curling again if you need to. It does add about 2-3 min. to my usual makeup routine but this nothing compared to getting eyelash extensions or even using false eyelashes.- I think the use of heat may tend to dry your eyelashes, however in my case I use castor oil at night and my eyelashes are not brittle.I would recommend this product and actually plan to get it for several of my family members as gifts because I know they would appreciate it as much as I do!

I just received this awesome Vivifast electric eyelash curler today! I couldn't wait to try it! I definitely was not disappointed.I absolutely love it! The heat is just the right temperature and feels nice.

this item curled my lashes somewhat but not in a good way. i tried curling my lashes after applying mascara and on a separate occasion before mascara as well and both times it made my lashes very clumpy and spidery....my lashes looked better with mascara alone and i have Asian lashes. i also read the instruction which stated that the heated curler has an auto shut off if not fully charged. i charged it for about 4-6 hours and it still turned off while i was using it. not very happy with this product.

Definitely works! I was skeptical, but gave it a shot. I love this thing! It definitely works and, added bonus, it has a USB connection, so you don't need to use batteries. Highly recommend!

I love this re-chargeable heated eyelash curler. No need for batteries or for it to stay plugged in. It works well, I did have to really go over my lashes 7 to 8 times to get the full lift up of the lashes but it was worth it. I used it 3 times before mascara and 3 to 4 times after I applied mascara. Its the same principle as curling your hair with a curling iron. The heat does help with pushing your lashes up and at a curl. It holds all day. The USB charger port is in the bottom of the device as you can see in my pictures I attached to this review. It also comes with a brush that you can use to brush off any mascara residue that is left on the curler after it cools. It also comes with a clear cap to put in the curler once it cools when you are done. Great product for the price it is. :)

I have just plain straight down eyelashes, very difficult to shape upward and holding up during the day using regular scissors. Also, I do not like how regular curlers gave that "L" odd shape to my lashes... you know what I'm talking about, right? Tired of trying to get my lashes 'up' and curled for at least half the day, I decide to try this heated eyelashes curler by vivifast . At first I tried to use it without mascara, but I did not get the results I was looking for. For best results you have to curl the lashes with mascara on and they will stay curled all day long. I just used a thin layer of mascara in my lashes. So, follow the instructions, they are very straightforward. Another tip/advice to get wonderful results using this product is to put the device at the base of the lashes to start to comb them, press upwards and hold the curler for two seconds, then continue moving the curler to the top of the lashes, pressing and bending the eyelashes a little back towards the eyelid. This way you will get a perfect and natural "C" shape that lasts all day. Plus: No battery to deal with, just use the USB cable that came with the unit ...yeaah!!!! This unit came with 2 gears of temperatures heating, I used them both, but it does the job even with the first one. This unit heats up pretty quickly. It was shipped to me very fast.Overall I'm very happy with this product. I'm surprised how my lashes have a perfect "C" shape until I take off my mascara.Five stars from me, a great product and I would recommend it to my friends.Resume:Pros: -Unit heats very quickly. - You need just a thin layer of mascara to get nice results. - You get Natural "c" shape instead of the odd "L" (scissors curlers type). - Lashes hold up all day long. - Unit is small, so can have it in your vanity with not waste any space. - No need to spend money on buying batteries and protect the environment.Cons: I would love to get result without using mascara, but it is in the instructions.

Love that it is rechargeable with 2 different heat setting! I have thin flat lashes that never hold the curl and this one works wonders. Last all day. I typically apply a light coat, let it dry, curl, then apply another coat.
