Only pure honey baklava for sale?
This is the only non-home-made pure honey baklava that I can find. (It is possible that a few bakers might make some pure honey baklava on a custom order basis, but I am not aware of them offering this.) It has three types of nut pieces: walnuts, pecans, and almonds. The ingredients are pretty elegant, honey being listed 2nd, although this is NOT one of those dripping soaked style baklavas. The final ingredient is "coconuts." It might have some flaked coconut, but that is the least ingredient. The big question is what style of baklava do you prefer? If you are used to it being fairly wet, this will not be like that. We have had two batches, the first was more dry, the second a bit more moist. I like this, but baklava is sort of like pizza, coming in many styles, and you might like them all, or have a favorite, but still like others. The maker of this baklava, Krispeas, also makes split pea based spicy baked falafel chips. Like their baklava, the ingredient list is elegant (short with everything obvious). If you like spicy, these are--I do. If you prefer low carb, most chips are not, in fact hardly any are at all low. But these are the lowest carb ones I have found, which taste good--to me. They have 8 net (14 tot -6 fiber=8) grams of carbs per 28 grams. The 2nd lowest of which I am aware are Trader Joe's Spicy Soy & Flaxseed Tortilla Chips (there is a plain version as well), at 9 net (13-4) grams per 28 grams, $2.49/12 oz. bag in CA. Kripseas customer support is top notch. We have interacted with Adam, and Krispeas can be relied on to make you happy. Some baklava makers' reviews indicate poor quality control, with staleness or rancidity mentioned, or other issues. I have found Krispeas to place customer satisfaction the highest.

Baklava with an Elegant Twist
The thing I love about Nile Kitchen foods is that they really understand the art of balance with flavor and texture. This baklava is unlike most I've tried in that it's not super gooey, heavy, and/or sticky. The baklava is already rolled into individual serving sizes as a clean and convenient snack or dessert that's easy to serve guests (no messy square-cut pieces). Each piece is about the size of a fun-size Snickers which is perfect. They are sweetened with honey and the textures of the flaky filo dough in combination with coconut and slightly sticky mixture of nuts is devine. They are my favorite thing to pair with a morning latte or when I want to satisfy my sweet tooth. Best of all, the ingredients are naturally delicious (omega 3 rich nuts, coconut, honey) so I don't feel too guilty enjoying them :)

AMAZING!
This is by far my favorite baklava. It is so delicious. It is different than most of the baklava you get at restaurants. It is not completely drenched in syrup. It has honey and a wonderfully flaky outside. The inside is a perfect blend of nuts and sweet. It is an absolutely wonderful treat and you get a lot of them.
