Best chili oil I've ever had. Much better than the Chinese made competition. If you're looking for a high solids to oil ratio, this is for you. Solids are very crunchy and has a proper amount of sweet fried garlic flavor. Also very happy to see this is made with olive oil instead of soybean oil. Heat and flavor with out the overpowering vinegar of most hot sauces.

I'm a huge fan of the Medium chi chi crisp, so I thought I'd give this a try. Oh man, it's unbearable. We like really hot foods in our family, but this is over the top. Maybe we got a batch that was more spicy than usual, or maybe this really is just insanely hot? Who knows.

This is a little high with the price but worth it. My family puts this on everything. If you’re a glutton for all things spicy, you have got to try this.

I can handle A LOT of heat but this stuff is intense. You only need a tiny bit to perk up any dish so this small bottle will last forever. It's super delicious and you can use it on EVERYTHING from hummus to noodles to tuna salad. I am so sad because I can no longer recommend it.It has an MSG equivalent - hydrolyzed yeast extract - which can be really unhealthy for a lot of people's bodies. I use only a teensy amount at a time so I haven't noticed it but since I work with people with health challenges, I hesitate to suggest this product. If you are sensitive to MSG or if you have nervous system issues or have recently had chemotherapy, radiation or other medical treatment, I would stay away. Hey manufacturers, please consider changing the recipe a little!

Ok - bit of a disclaimer, the maker of this product is my cousin's wife :)Now if you want something hot and spicy to bring extra zest to your food, I would strongly suggest that you pick up some of this chili sauce - It is just the thing. Excellent value - it will provide plenty of 'bit' for your palate. Excellent for adding that little bit of extra to even the most bland dish. It's something I love to spoon onto my eggs some mornings, Mixed with a little bit of catsup, and a splash of worcestershire sauce it makes a killer steak sauce.
