STARTED OUT PRETTY. GOOD WEIGHT. CUT O.K. BUT, THEY RUST.
For STAINLESS steel, they seem to be rusting quite a bit. It's not horrible. But, I hate when my cutlery starts looking like this.

They cut pretty well and have a very simple appearance
They cut pretty well and have a very simple appearance, but the finish on these needs some work. There are burrs/raised edges along the handle that just look like bad casting/machining. I'll probably remove the edges with a stone or something and make do with these for awhile, but I will keep an eye out for something to replace them in the future, but no rush.
