Great lozenges
our favorite lozenges to take during flu season to help with immune system and help cut down the cold - Zinc and Vit C, and taste good. Can't ask more!

Purchased as an alternative to brands that added unnecessary ingredients into their zinc supplements. I love the flavor. Small enough that it is dissolved quickly. Priced comparable to other zinc lozenges on the market. Make sure you have eaten something before you take it and avoid citrus before and after.

Stay healthy
Zinc is good for overall health. I take one tablet everyday. Great size, decent taste. Dissolves after a few minutes.

Nice Vitamin C hit
These taste great - and a lot less artificial than most flavoured lozenges. They're mostly Vitamin C - the Zinc is a tiny portion by volume, though still a significant amount by RDI. They work well - at least psychologically - if you're feeling a bit under the weather. Especially alongside some B-12.

Very good zinc tablets
These are part of my health regime now. If I am in a crowd or possibly exposed to airborne germs, I make sure that evening to swab my nose with a gel and suck on one of these zinc tablets. So far, so good.
