We got 2 of these dog whistles because the neighbors that we share a back yard fence with have a dog that barks constantly if left outside. They do not try to correct or train the dog to not bark and it seems that sometimes maybe they are wearing ear plugs or are possibly deaf. Anyway, we tried to use the whistle to get the dog to stop barking but it was a waste of time in addition to it being a waste of money.

My dog is pretty good for the most part however at times she does bark like crazy. I got this whistle to calm her and stop her from going nuts. I like that it is very lightweight and easy to carry with me. I can take her for a walk and wear it on my neck incase she acts up. It has a high pitch so when she hears it she stops barking and kinda looks around which is what I expected it would do.

We have two smart dogs who bark more often than our previous dogs had. Wanted humane way to get their attention and connect to our stop command. Was surprised to see how fast this worked. Has been very helpful and it immediately got their attention

This product does not work for me at all. My dog is a rat terrier and she loves to chew on shoes/socks/feet. I was hoping that I could distract her from her chewing with the whistle and redirect her to something else. It's like she doesn't even hear it! I have tried fiddling with it to change the pitch and still no dice.

Believe all of the negative reviews! I ignored them and bought these whistles because of the cost and a few positive reviews. They do not work with any size dog or any proximity to the dog. The Hz is low and reedy. It is impossible to reach a volume that a person in the next room could hear. Therefore, the whistles aren't even good enough to use as "human" whistles. They're so cheap it would probably cost more to mail them back than they cost themselves.

Although it took around 1 week for the package to arrive, the whistles are okay, small, light but easy to use. The sound for the whistle is clear and loud, very good for training a dog.
