Haiwa Good Grips Handmade Wooden Spoons for Kids (Brown)

As others have said, it is so hard to guess the size of a spoon by just a picture. I had expected a very very small infant spoon from reading other reviews, but i was glad to see that really is just a little smaller than a normal tea spoon.The slightly shorter handle is the only thing that i would say really makes this only ideal for kids, or i could see myself using it.The "Bowl" of the spoon holds a great amount that both my 4 year old and my 9 year old are able to use perfectly.These look and feel great. they are smooth and the wrapped black cording on the handle provides great contrast as far as looks as well as a little bit of grip for functional purposes.If there were a standard silverware set of these available, i would snatch them up in a heartbeat.
