I did expect to have any positive benefits from this Poly-Prebiotic Powder and thought I would try it based upon a friend's recommendation. It has had a profound positive effect on on my gastrointestinal track.

There are many voices out there telling you “you should take ______”, “you need to be on _______”… what voice are you listening to? You should be listening to your body and become acutely aware of it. You live in it daily. The only person who should tell you about you is yourself. If you don’t understand your body you are scarily in the grey zone. Products should not be taken just to take them and because a friend told you to. I began taint this supplement last summer after a series of tests I took. The problems started long before last year I just wasn’t aware. I started seeing a guy who didn’t fart and I did all the time. I thought he was broken and that has and bloat were normal. Turned out I was the one with issues. So now after meeting with a holistic doctor, I have been on a year long journey to get my gut health in shape. This is one of many supplements I am now taking.

It’s nice to have a dairy free option

I had a change in medication that made me a bit sicker. My gut was not happy. I tried this at the suggestion of my naturopath. It got me right back on track. Certainly the best I have tried so far out of many, many different medications & supplements.

Not damaged in delivery, received open/not properly sealed twice.

Super clumpy; doesn’t ever dissolve. Poor method of delivery; should’ve a CAPSULE instead. Worse, if the container gets ANY bit of moisture the whole thing turns hard as a rock. Also, the fact that it has stevia is is super fine print, and I can’t have stevia so I can’t use it, so I just gave it to my mom to use.
