First thing unit came in light duty box. Needed to be in wooden crate or heavy duty thick box. The grease fitting were broken off due to box falling apart. There were no instructions for install or for manufacturer operational user instructions. I installed unit inside 2017 Ram 3500 with bed. Not just anyone can do this install- you must be good fabricator or pay someone handsomely for the work if they can do it. I added steel to a Reese 4 point 5th wheel frame and also added steel to incorporate the center point gooseneck ball connection so frame is connected to all 5 points in the bed. Overall really needed the manufacturer operational instruction for proper use and adjustment. Not everyone has used or pulled semi 5th wheel rig so average person needs some guidance. I also had to modify the release pull handle due to it wanting to hit the inside fender well. Will let everyone know how it works- just finished install.

Much better than all the others I've used. I've got 53' low boy to haul RV'and vehicles.eliminated all the rocking and swaying.

There is no instructions to install plus it needs some kind of installation kit and we don't know where to find one

The unit came in a cardboard box. No product information or instructions or suggestions for mounting. The unit is strong but workmanship is absolutely poor. Grease tubes were not properly fastened and damaged. Pivot pins were not fit properly. I had to rework them to fit. This unit has China all over it. You better be a welder/fabricator to install it and an outside machinist to make it function properly.
