KAKUIDA Premium Organic Brown Rice Black Vinegar Aged 5years 33.8 Fl, Oz (1000 Ml)

I've slowly become more familiar with the health benefits of quality vinegar over the years - such vinegars as Braggs Apple Cider vinegar (wellness cleanse variety) as well as higher-quality red wine vinegars for my soup, higher-quality balsamic vinegars and a number of others.I've also had some different fairly pricy "black vinegars" and "aged rice vinegar", each quite a bit less expensive than this, but spectacular nonetheless - I use the less expensive but still fairly expensive and outstanding "black vinegar" (the name which, I believe, indicates it is from China, rather than Japan, but I'm not sure about that) in dipping sauce for dumplings and sometimes in Hot & Sour soup that I make. And I use the less expensive but still fairly expensive and outstanding Japanese rice vinegar as a great choice of vinegar in things like a huge pot of lentils.When this vinegar arrived, I knew from the fact that a delicate, quality small off-black ceramic cup (no handle) was provided in a prominent location in the quality box/packaging that this vinegar was intended to be drunk in small quantities all by itself - not added to food as a top-end ingredient.So I did so. Then I discovered that it is entirely warranted to have this drink plain, by itself, in small quantities, on an empty stomach, for the health benefit. First of all, it tastes outstanding. I compared drinking it plain to a small quantity of the (less expensive, but still fairly expensive) black vinegar that I use as an ingredient in dumpling dip, and although I enjoyed the flavor and experience of that black vinegar when drunk plain, I would not really be drawn to having it plain. It is outstanding as the primary vinegar in dumpling dip or soup, however.But this vinegar is perfection as a plain drinking vinegar for health in small quantities. I would not want to use it for anything else. It has a very strong yet delicate flavor that is just stunning. It is certainly highly potent so many folks might find it very difficult to drink plain. But I've done this kind of thing a lot and it is easy for me to have this plain, so I notice how delicate and flavorful it is despite the potency. It is so outstandingly delicate in the way that it is potent that it seems to have no flaws that prevent it from being an ideal vinegar to drink plain.Its health benefit is obvious to me. It immediately gives me a sense of clearer vision and greater overall focus and it is plainly quite good for the digestion. (I would only have this on an empty stomach.)Definitely worth 5 stars and the high review I am now giving it.

Where do I start? I will first discuss the product:The black oil comes in a beautiful ceramic vase/jug/sali container. It is unbelievably beautiful it is! The pictures do not do it justice! I will cherish this forever! Truly you can imagine 100's of uses for it once itis empty. Now this is merely abonus remember, because inside this container is another diamond! The oil! It smells wonderful and the taste is fantastic! This too i view as a bonus! The uses are many and varied. Pickling comes to mind, sauces such as the XO Sauce and just refreshing sipping from the lovely cup which sits over the cork of the bottle. Again let me note here the beauty of the container & the fine craftsmanship. It comes corked, with a very nice cork, also included is another cork with a porcelain top which matches the container's porcelain design. But no there's more. There is a plastic liner, shot glass sized, which fits nicely over the cork. More coming! Then the piece d'resistance, a lovely saki style sipping glass which then fits over the plastic "liner" glass. The pattern & colour is very lovely, it has slight "ears" at the top of the container and is simply wonderful. My description cannot do it justice. Simply put i believe it will be lovely in any decor and my words of description are woefully inadequate. I doubt anyone would regret this purchase! But there is more! I am VERY ill. I am really struggling. Presently I get IV's four times a day, I amunable to walk, and have done very serious damage with some of my falls. I actually fainted dead away, not like someone fron Tara, but landing on my face, cutting through my lip, bruising my teeth, I was a mess. So I have been spending my time looking to cure myself. This pill is an important part of my journey back to health! I am getting my doctorate & have too much to do! Little if no research has been done on the digestive system in this country since the'60's! I doubt any but the deepest 3rd World Countries are as behind as the USA in such research. All the money goes to AIDs & cancer, important issues but it leaves millions of victims of orphan disorders w/o answers. Asian cultures have long focused on the health benefits of food. I will try to keep you posted on my journey. I have no doubt but that i will get well. This affects the digestive system, where my problem originates. The digestive system, i beliveve, is the basis of ALL health. Inflammation begins there causing a multitude of problems. Our immune system struggles to survive there, which if properly supported would be our best weapon against viruses as AIDs & cancer. But I digress, all I am. Trying to say is this is an EXCELLENT support for our immune system, so as beautiful. As the container is I am sure my "gut" too will regain its beauty! I cannot recommend this product more highly. Well that was a loooonnnggg & wordy part 1, on to part 2 Customer service: With all confidence i must say I have not received such good customer service in eons! This company deserves blue ribbons, accolades, plaques, honorariums, o i. think you know what I mean! We have terrible carrieres & delivery folks (w/ some exceptions) down here so it was no surprise that despite excellent attempts at packaging my proct arrived broken! My heart was broken! Truly, I pictured the hassle ahead & felt defeated! surprise! I email to the seller & they quickly, courteously & kindly made everything right! Yep, I am in love! I will buy anything these folks sell because you cannot find service like they provide any more. So what else could you ask for? Excellent product & a terrific seller!May I end with salute! It’s more than ordinary vinegar. Taste is deep and delicious. I love it and eat with meat and vegetables every day.

This vinegar is a great health solution. Not only the beautiful impressive bottle, but also the taste of the vinegar is really very pleasant and elegant. I have no doubts it will make your body inside and out, much more healthier and younger. Since I started to take it 2-3 times per day, a heartburn which I had for years started to go away, it's incredible. It means it's normalizing a stomach acid by the healthiest possible way. AMAZING!!! People who drinks it on a regular basis will have a great Cholesterol levels as well, which can bring a blood pressure down, clean all blood vessels and significantly decrease a chance of having a stroke or a heart attack. It's a very promising , preventative therapy as well. Well, I will continue buying this precious panacea!!! Thank you so much for giving us a hope!!! God bless you!!!

I watched a program on TV about how they make this, I had to try it as I like to cook and eat. I am not an expert food taster, but I do like balsamic vinegar and this comes very close to balsamic. I don't want to call it balsamic because I don't want people to be offended. Japanese Black Vinegar is great for dipping and on salads. You will not be disappointed!!!

This Vinegar is awesome. I love the taste and the quality of the packaging. It really is the perfect health tonic to keep around. I take sips from the jug and chase it with spring water. No chlorine, no fluroride. Not too spendy for what you get IMHO.
