I usually like to wait a while to review a product like this, but I have been using this item for 3 days with my cleanser and my blackheads/congestion is seriously coming to the surface and or clearing. I have been struggling with skin congestion on and off for many years. I have used scrubs, acne medications, exfoliating solutions...you name it, and they all helped but didn't really free my skin of this condition. In the last 3 days the blackheads on my nose are completely gone, nothing else has achieved that.The shape of this product is great as well - it really allows you to get in the nooks of your face that are hard to reach - I even very gently place the tip under my eyes to stimulate collagen.I had a clarisonic and felt it was just scrubbing the life out of my face...this ones gentle and effective.Super happy thus far!

I must say I have ALWAYS dealt with acne and bumpy skin, especially on my forehead. I tried every cleansing product over the counter from Burts Bees all natural sensitive skin to Neutrogena acne wash. Nothing seemed to work..and I was always applying acne zone cream every night.. which stains our pillows:( Recently I started doing Oxygen Facials and trying the Intraceutical product line, which although expensive, really helped my skins complexion and the overall frequency of breakouts. My forehead stayed slightly bumpy however and it was embarrassing, especially in photos. I am so happy to say that I now have a pimple free, SMOOTH forehead since using this cleansing massager!! I LOVE IT!..and so does my face!! haha. My skin is clear, and beautiful! My husband told me last night that my skin looks like porcelain...which every woman loves to hear!! I still use the Neutrogena grapefruit cleanser but only a small amount on the massager, and what a difference it has made!!! YAYY!

I have had this product since October 2015 and it's awesome. I personally believe it is for normal to acne prone skin, not sensitive. I use it in the shower everyday. I have submerged it in water it still works perfectly. You don't have to charge it very often and you don't have to replace anything on the brush. It is silicon which makes it easy to clean and combat bacterial growth. I use Retin-A Micro cream and the brush helps to massage the dead skin cells by vibrating. This allows my products to get deep into my pores and keep pores clean. My skin has softened with less comedonal acne. I really feel it has made a BIG difference in cleansing my skin.

The website description claims to be 100% waterproof, but there is a white plug at the bottom in the charging port. I found this odd, since i also own a luna, which doesn't have it. I emailed the seller, who said that the plug is needed to prevent water to get inside the device. I find this dishonest. if the device really were 100 percent waterproof, it wouldn't need a plug to prevent water from entering - that's the definition of a waterproof electrical device IMO. Very dishonest. I wanted to like it since it has a nice shape (the pointy end is something the luna doesn't have. I like it so it can target the nose, my problem area). This is a huge problem, since it can be very DANGEROUS if someone believes the device were indeed 100 percent waterproof and removes the plug.

It works and has been working properly its just ever since i started using it im breaking out all over my face, where i normally dont ever break out. Im not sure if that's supposed to happen?

We were disappointed in this and returned it because it really didn't work. It's not similar to the Foreo, which we had tried before. It is actually pretty hard and the little scrubbing ends are too small and too close together.

I had a Clairsonic for several years, but it stopped working. I liked the Clairsonic but the brush heads were expensive. While browsing on Amazon I came across this and bought it. My order arrived promptly and I used it the same day received. I was astonished by the results. My pores are almost invisible and it leaves my face glowing. My makeup goes on flawlessly. I use this on my face, neck, chest and hands. This face tool is wonderful and best of all it is affordable and you don't need to purchase expensive brush heads. I am a happy customer.

I LOVE IT!!!!!!! I use it every night!!! I know - now that I've posted this that it'll stop - but I charged this the week of August 8th, 2016 (that's when I got it) and I have not had to charge it since!!!! I don't know how - but it has stayed charged. I ordered two of these, one for myself and one for my daughter for her birthday (the middle of August... see how I know when I got it...), she has YET to use hers!!! I tell her how wonderful it is, but you know kids...UPDATE: I KNEW IT!!!AS SOON AS SAID IT OUT LOUD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE IT!!!It was dead!It still is - it will not even TAKE a charge now... Well - I take that back - it DOES come on - when it's plugged in. Not so good for use with running water or in the shower! Of course, I still use it (not plugged in), it just doesn't vibrate any more.Yes - I'm sad...
