I just had the opportunity to open this product in September and ordered it in May but the product didn't have any instructions for installing or operating it and quite obviously some connection wires were missing. So now it is too late to send it back for a refund or exchange for a different one. So don't buy this product from Amazon as it will not tell you how to install nor will it have all of the installation materials for hooking it up to any device. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.
