Right out of the bag, it was not wrinkly. It is not velvet, more like a very plush, soft fabric. Very easy to put on, there is a tag on the back bottom that says it is the back. We have an overly awkward chair that our cats took out some aggression on before we put scratch covers on it. So it was not the nicest to look at.I love jewel tones, and the teal was not quite accurate to the picture. Definitely a lot more of a blue tone than what shows in the product image.There are long elastic loops attached to the inner sides at the arms so you can loop them down onto the legs of your chair. The elastic that surrounds the bottom hugs the bottom of the chair nicely, and there is a pocket on either side of the arm. For like, storing stuff (remote, etc). The back of my chair is completely covered by the cover. They enclosed these plastic thingies that I guess are supposed to help keep the co er tucked in, but there are no instructions on how to place them so they don't pop out. So I am not using them.Overall, I am quite pleased!!!Oh, and I dont know how easy it is to clean, as I have not cleaned it yet.

(I like it)This gray sofa cover is very nice, soft, a great price, and has decent craftsmanship. I love how it feels when I run my hand over the material.Sure, a seam might pop after a few washings, who knows? I'm not worried since I have a sewing kit.(The fabric)I thought it would be a cheap velvet (like my green/teal pillowcases, which are awesome), but it is more like a fleece material. I don't like fleece nowadays because it's hard to tell which ones won't mat up after a few washings, but we'll see how it goes!So far, the pet hair doesn't cling too much and hides well (I have a cat and 98lb. dog).(The fit)I have the Tibbee Ashley sofa(78-79×37×37). The cover fits mostly good, but there is barely any material to tuck down into the back of the seats without the bottom pulling up in the front or back. However, the Tibbee sofa has unusually deep seats. Next time, I might try a size up.(Another thing)Usually, slipcovers never stay in place that well in general, but this one stays in place better than a cotton slipcover.If you are new to slipcovers expect to tuck it in regularly!(The plastic things)They are different, but I don't have an opinion yet. They seem to work, just the issue is there is not enough extra fabric to tuck on my particular couch shape.(Overall)I think it is a great value and I am happy with it. I'll use it until I get one that is more velvety (like I wanted), then this will be in the closet for backup.

These were perfect. They protected my sofas at the same time changing up the color to my living room.

I almost didn’t buy this because my lazy boy recliner s extra large to fit my 6’4” husband. But I’d ordered a regular chair cover made by the same company and tried it on the recliner and realized it totally fit except for not having a recliner hole for the lever and not being able to extend the foot rest so thought what the heck I’ll give it a try. I love love love how it fits. The chairs dimensions are as follows: 41 inches from floor to top of back, 31” from top of back to seat pan, 42” from back of seat pan to bottom of foot rest when extended, 22” from back of seat pan to behind the knees when foot rest is down. 36” from outside of arm to outside of arm next to the seat back and 32 inches across the foot rest. There were elastic loops that go behind the foot rest area but no explanation how to connect them together or to the chair so I ended up looping them to each other using a carabiner. I really love the color, texture and way the fabric folds into the fan pattern on the arms. I’m using it without the little plastic wedges. Just hand tucking was all it took to smooth it out nicely and it in place. If you have an ugly recliner this is a must buy!

Being cooped up during the Covid-19 crisis has given me the fever to redecorate my living room in an ethnic fashion which reflected my heritage. This lovely teal color gave it an eye-opening pop which married well with decorative throws along with an artistic piece of tapestry — ordered through Amazon, as well — to give one a sense of wanderlust. As I have ordered a couch-cover a couple years back — and a huge disappointment, I must admit — I wanted to give it another shot at ordering a different one, which in this case is velvet. My couch measures at 72” in length, and I decided to order a size large in hopes that it over compensates the couch. I am much too grateful that it was a perfect fit with added fabric that completely covers the back and sides. Although it did not completely cover the front, I actually don’t mind it at all as it helps accentuate the lighter colors in my deco. With the plastic “tuckers” that came with it, I ended up with an excellent professional-looking-like-new couch that seems to have come off the floor. I would definitely order a smaller size for my other two seats (not pictured) to go with the interior design. Choosing a color(s) would probably be a very difficult task, but I will most definitely come back to order anyway!

This item is super soft and stretchy but the color is mor turquoise than teal. Much lighter than the color pictured. Returning.
