Almost, but not quite.
Cheaply built. Useful only on very smooth surfaces. Carrying capacity relates only to upright usage; in cart mode, the forward wheels are tiny and weak. Wheel alignment cams, which are supposed to keep the large wheels parallel to each other, are plastic, not metal -- sudden wheel misalignments happen, and eventually there is no way to keep the wheels aligned once the plastic is reamed out by usage. Total usage time to failure: 5 days. Not recommended for heavy loads (100lbs plus) and/or rough surfaces (carpet, lawn, gravel).

Love it!!
Oh man, do I love this cart!! I bought it on a whim for a local move and it is worth every penny!! Super easy to move around and has saved me taking multiple trips from the apartment to the garage since I can take multiple items at a time. Highly recommend!I haven’t used it on stairs so can’t comment on that.One con I can think of is that when it folds, it’s long and takes up space in the car; however I have a crossover so it fits in my trunk.

This is really easy to maneuver around and can easily be folded until next time use this is really simple yet works really well

Cheap. Not reliable
The front 2 wheels are very weak when it comes to using as a flatbed. Transporting 2 music speakers, (maybe 100 lbs tops) and wheel collapsed underneath causing speakers to tip over. Now broken and No longer useable. Returning for refund
