The water is not getting filter ,we check with the help of TDS pen meter all 3 source of water which is sintax water tank 434 PPM,this carbon water candle 456 PPM and beslari water bottle purchase from shop 20 rupees and checked showing 82 ppm.dts y I am returning this products ,and we checked 5 times in 3 days same digit showing, so please return back my money so that I will buy another water filter.ASAP. पानी फिल्टर नहीं हो रहा है जबकि इन 3 कार्बन कैंडल से निकला पानी सिंटैक्स के पानी से भी गंदा दिख रहा है Very bad experience.

Received a defective product but realised it only late after using it for few days .. it’s filtering nearly little more than half of the can. Which means candle is not filtering completing.

I think it would be good if you could spend a little low cost money to reach middle class families with your products and I hope everyone is healthy.
