Pros:1.Product build quality.Glass,burners,knobs, ignition switchall parts are of superior quality.2.Smooth operation.Gas knobs, ignition are working like butter smooth and swift.Overall full satisfaction guaranteed.3. Service center and their services are good.Cons:1.Product packingAs few people mentioned in earlier reviews, you will receive this product in damaged condition for sure.No safety measures taken while designing the product packaging.The product packaging has to be improved a lot.Unnecessary service center calls, servicing is required due to transportation damage that is caused by poor packaging.

Very good stove. I bought for my parents. They like it and they feel sturdy and quality is good.2 cons:Auto ignition comes without QA pass. On delivery, one or more will not work. Spark terminals are too far or too close (no spark or less spark). I have to adjust this with manually. This also results in spark pin loose which have to be tighten from bottom. Basically an additional engineering work required initially.Also height is very less. It is a slim profile one for modern look, but for my parents is very low in height and they have to bend while cooking. I bought extra rubber stands to keep it bit higher.

Does not have an independent ignition system. At times they do not work. Have to use external ignition.

very safely reached. I am so happy. only thing is upper two flames are close to each other you cannot keep heavy vessels at a time but still i like this.

Product was good. The packaging of product was pathetic. Received product in manufacturer packing only. Lot of scratch over glass top. Can not expect such poor packing of glass top stove. Replaced the product and again received replacement in more poor condition. Finally returned the product next day of delivery. Will take same product , offline after lifting lock down and proper opening of markets.

The drip trays are fixed and hence it’s very difficult to clean if something spills.. Was expecting better engineering at this price, very disappointed.

Very efficient burners. Good space between burners so , they can be utilised simultaneously. The big burner is awesome. Bonus is that it looks good.

Bought 5 months ago, , we can accomdate utensils for all 4 burners at a time. Good for small family to prepare lunch carrier with in no time. reduced time for cooking, Finishing is very good. firstly i iam not in a mood to spend 9.5k for a gas stove. after buying we are satisfied.
