Innovative and easy to use. Terrible build quality... scraper broke off after 3rd use.

The mechanical "rake" at the end of this device blocks the view of the inside of the ear canal. I wished it was gone shortly after taking a peek inside my ear, but no matter, it quit working shortly thereafter. You get what you pay for.

This is the newer design of the same model, the old model was more polished and the metal end that goes in your ear was more rounded, but this newer model is a fresh cut metal tube thats sharp with a straight edge, if you accidentally rub the metal part on the inside of your ear your going to scrape and cut yourself, thats why its 1 star, this should be immediately recalled as unsafe to use. All i did was rub my finger over the edge and could feel the friction of the unpolished edge scraping my skin, theres no way thats going in my ear, specially considering its a little bigger then the older model as well.
