Handles need to be redesigned
The main problem with this bag is that the handle is single & is attached to the sides of the bag because of which once you fill the bag, it starts falling to one side & is very inconvenient. There should be 2 handles on the front & back instead of the side.Secondly, it DOES NOT HOLD A 1 Lt. bottle (stainless steel thermos) because of which the zipper does not close fully & the bottle keeps falling out of the bag. It is short by just about an inch.If both these aspects can be taken care of, it will be a lot more convenient.Good aspects are the slots inside the bag to organise a towel & cutlery neatly making it convenient to take out & use. I haven't had issues with leakage so far & the bag seems quite sturdy. My son has been using it for over 2 months now. Pls have darker colours to hide any food stains.

Throwback style
Like the understated look, sorta looks like a paper bag. Canvas is nice, not waxed or not much on it. Liner inside is thin thermal foil so stuff stays cold for 1-2 hours in humid climate... it’s a lunch bag so this is acceptable.
