I’m so glad I found the VIVEsole Gel Heel Protectors! They’ve made a huge difference in the comfort of my shoes. I developed a bone spur in my heel that has majorly impacted my ability to put weight on my foot or walk. I have been using these at work I work in a school where I have to get up and down and move a lot and these have helped relieve some of the pain by reducing the impact to my foot. I tried another insert that was not a wrap around wearable version, and I much rather prefer these as they more easily stay in place. I have big feet. They are Women’s size 10 and wide. These stretch over my feet nicely and have holes to help aerate and prevent sweating. They have a gel-like feel and I’m able to still wear many of my shoes with these on. Some shoes might not fit if they have a tighter fit. While these aren’t bulky, they do make it a bit tricky with socks to squeeze your foot into a shoe without them bunching up off your foot. I’d give 5 stars, but I bought the clear ones and after just a few uses, they’re a dark gray color even with washing with soap and water. They discolored so easily and I even tried to make them clear again by using Dawn dish soap with no difference. Since it’s Winter, I have to wear them with socks, but when it gets warmer or I’m not wearing shoes, I’ll just wear them alone. I don’t know yet how visible they’ll be without socks. It will depend on what type of shoes worn and I prefer canvas slip-on sneakers. Only time will tell how long these will hold up.

I purchased these mainly to smooth out my cracked heels. I also started having plantar fasciitis on my right foot due to pregnancy hormones. Standing for a long time makes it so unbearable to stand on my feet. My cracked heels have always been an issue though. I've tried everything under the moon and it's still so dry and cracked. Honestly, these silicone heel protectors did make my heels softer. It does help alleviate the plantar fasciitis pain a little, but nothing too noticeable. However, once I stopped using it for more than a couple days, my cracked heels came back. If I know I am going to be standing for a long period of time, I would slip them on. Otherwise it's not anything life changing where I would purchase again.

I used a callous scraper AND a heel filer on both of my heels. I accidentally overdid it to the point where it bled and the skin was EXTREMELY raw. I couldn’t walk barefoot around my house for over a week. Needed relief cuz cushioned socks wasn’t getting it. Came across these gel cushions and I was able to somewhat walk better. Had to basically let my heels heal on its own but the gels absolutely helped with the intense pain.

Only got 2 not 4. It says 4 pack on it but only got 2 and the box was opened. Not sure how the product works yet but hoping that it will save my heels from my docs!

The product worked well initially and served its purpose effectively for one-time use. However, after the first use, it failed to maintain its functionality as it did not stay on securely. While it might be useful for quick, single-use situations, it may not be the best choice for repeated applications or longer-term reliability.
