Returning - found contradictions
I found several contradictions in what the author recommended in the introduction and some of the recipes. The author also recommended boullion cubes, which contains MSG. Returning.

wonderful The Complete Keto Cookbook
I'm impressed with this guidebook. A well-balanced diet and healthy food choices are key factors that contribute to your health and overall well being. Ketogenic diet and meal prep go hand in hand because cooking homemade meals helps you limit processed food and refined carbs. It is more good eating habits rather than following strict dietary rules. Highly recommended!

Excellent and helpful this book..!!
Easy recipes that are in line with the Complete Keto. The Ketogenic Diet. Haven't had a bad recipe yet! The recipes ar straightforward to follow with clear directions. Impress your friends! I can confidently recommend this book.

It is great
Fatty fish such as salmon, mackerel, tuna, herring, and sardines are well known for their ability to lower tiglyycerides. Experts recommend eating fatty fish once or twice a week becauce it can reduce the risk of stroke.

Simple to follow instructions
I enjoyed the book and found it well written for the newbie Keto person. I, however, disagreed with a few things that were mentioned in the book. It made no mention of that if you can burn your own body fat on Keto and don't need to consume a large quantity. It also listed Chia and Flax as approved Keto foods. These are highly estrogenic foods and should not be eaten. Otherwise, the book was an easy read and full of quality information. I haven't tried any of the recipes but they looked easy and I liked that they were one serving.

Variety of recipes!
Wish this book had pictures of the recipes but overall I like it regardless. The recipes are easy to follow and it provides a lot of ideas for different vegetables and combinations. I think the forward is really informative. Plus, the fact that I can read it on my Kindle app on my Android is a huge plus.

I love this book. I bought it as a gift to someone that has a bit of a struggle with eating clean. I really like the ways it breaks each meal down that helps a lot.
