Direct StoreParts Kit DG125 Replacement for Tuscany SGR30ML,SGR30M Gas Grill Burner & Heat Plate (Stainless Steel Burner + Stainless Steel Heat Plate)

The burner tubes have an internal insect screen whereas the original tubes have external insect screens. As a result, the tubes do not fit over the control valves unless the screens are removed. They are tack welded to the tubes and difficult to remove and get damaged in the process. I removed the screens, did what I could to straighten them out and wired them to the outside of the burner tubes. I hope the wires I secured them with last. Also, one of the three heat plates is not a replacement for the heat plate which is installed closest to the radiant heat burner. It lacks the side which extends down by the radiant heat burner. This kit was a great disappointment. My grill model number is the exact one which the kit is supposed to fit.

Good value here. Only two problems with the one I received:1. The three rear mounting holes were not aligned/spaced correctly to accept screws. I had to enlarge one to work.2. Center tube would not go over the gas feed because the internal wire mesh was placed too close to tube mouth and interfered with clearance. (Other 2 were properly installed.) I had to detach screen and move it back.Otherwise this is a great item to restore function of a grill. And not every example may have the problems I encountered

Installed in a 15+ year old BBQ. Very easy install and good fit. The internal insect screens that people are complaining about make it a tight fit, but does not prevent the part from being installed. Anyone with basic DIY ability can do this part swap.

Bought it for SGR30M grills I have at my winter place and it does not fit. By the time I got them down and got back, it's too late to send back! don't buy it for the SGR30M grill!

Stainless Steel Fits perfectly my SGR30M gas grill , sold by Costco Tuscany brand

Fits my Tuscany grill but the flame is weak, It does not get hot enough. the original burners were much hotter.

These fit the grill perfectly. The mesh at the propane end is, however, inside the pipe. The original on my grill was outside. This made the fit a little tighter and more difficult to get on. But, for the money, this was the right product for the job.

Very easy to install. Received on time & price is great!!
