the packaging was very nice.
The earrings are attached to the post by 2 very thin prongs, which you cannot see in the picture. The prong setting looks very fragile and is not something I would choose for a little girl. On the bright side, the packaging was very nice.

I bought these for my grand-daughter's 3rd birthday. Was a bit disappointed that they were smaller than shown and were more pink than a true RED for a July Birthstone/
