I absolutely love this flat iron. I thought it was a little on the pricey side but I figured it's because you are paying for the Jenner name. I had been look for a new one for awhile when I stumbled upon a review for this one by accident. Took awhile to convince myself to spend the money on it but im so glad I did.It works amazingly, it doesn't pull my hair at all. It's very smooth and makes my already shiny hair shinier!! I highly recommend this flat iron!

Beautiful iron and left my hair soft love how I can control the temperature. I have a Chi and the fact I can’t control the temp sucks. This iron doesn’t tug or pull my hair it’s beautiful and the box it comes in is very nice very beautiful and great iron to use. It is a little more on the heavy side like compared to my Chi it’s definitely much heavier but not so bad you can’t use it for longer periods of time.

I've had Chi, Babyliss, Wet2 straight, bebe straightener brands and this one is the BEST. Wet2straight one of the plates FELL off while I was putting it away. Imagine if it was on amd would've fell on my back or shoulder. 😱 chi was working fine but not all that. Bebe pulled my hair so hard on every slide to the point where I wouldn't even fix my hair. And the babyliss I would tell the straightener kind of tugging like I had to force it to slide down my hair. This one however, glides, doesn't pull, it even left my hair like silk. My hair is so smooth and shiny. I usually add serum for frizz but I did not have to add anything to my hair besides heat protectant. I used the heat on 395 and within one stroke it was straight. The package came nice and neat. I bought warranty just in case anything happends to it. I would definitely buy another one just to save if I need my original replaced. 😁

You get what you pay for. I really needed a straightener and didn’t feel like spending $100 on another one. This does a good job. Not great . If you have thicker hair with hard to straighter curls, I wouldn’t recommend this flat iron. My hair is medium-thick with some waves and I feel like it doesn’t make my hair pin straight. But again, it gets the job done.

Stopped using flat iron on my curly hair, because it’s fine texture and would burn ends... But I had a credit to use and decided I’d buy Kendal Jennings flat iron knowing the Kardashian’s would only put out the best.And boy was I happy after receiving it. Packaged well and when I opened it, saw Quality as it had technical genius options to get the perfect heating temperature. Not only that, but I don’t know how, but the flat iron straighten my curls in only 2 swipes!!And it somehow put a shine on my thin curls and took only minutes to complete a beautiful straight shine! Knowing now that I’ll never burn my hair, makes this a 5 star product! Glad I took a chance 😉!

This is one if my favorite straighteners I’ve ever had. I have crazy curly/frizzy hair and it makes my hair super straight and shiny with no hair pulling.

Bought it for my mom. I got to use it a few times. Not that great. I have natural waves and long hair....it didn’t do the job for me. I felt that the heat was weak. Not enough power. Would I buy it again? probably not. This is more for a person with straight hair already. A person that doesn’t need to do too much.

Love this straightener! It heats up quickly with the digital temperature showing. Leaves hair soft and silky. Great product and I'd recommend it. I also have the curling iron, which I love just as much.

My go to straightener. But original one broke and went right back for this one.

Apparently this item should have had an adapter included wasn’t one had to request one from Amazon but of a let down as a gift for Xmas.
