It bakes and dissolves like sugar, with no aftertaste. But I think it's sweeter. It arrived intact, in a resealable bag. I have no complaints. It might be pricey but if it doesn't raise your blood sugars it could be a safe alternative to regular table sugar. Since you'll be using less you can justify the price.

We are on a keto diet so sugar and artificial sweetners are out So we purchased this and we are so happy we did. Now we make ice creams at home , Desserts are suddenly a possibility

It looks like real sugar. Granular. Now the taste is not what you would think it would be. Has a kind of weird taste. Sort of sweet with something else. I have been using it to sweeten my coffee and I have to use 3 teaspoons to get it to a level of sweetness that is acceptable. I will probably search for another type of sweetener. One where I won't have to use so much and one without a weird taste.

Most artificial sweeteners make my head hurt for whatever reason but this one doesn't and it tastes great!

This has lasted me forever! Well, not really that long...but months. I love how it taste & feels like real sugar. It's pretty scary how close it is.

I've tried sweet and low and this product in powder form. For some reason this crystal formula taste more like real sugar to me.
