Falty cartridge
Normally these cartridges are excellent but if there is a problem with one and you contact Limeink for resolution they give you the runaround. Evidently they make the cartridge but another company sells it and Limeink who manufactures it should take responsibility and replace it but they won't. Im discusted with them and their warranty.

Updated to four stars because customer service offered to address my item concerns.
Updated from three to four stars because of the reliable customer service. I expected the product not to work, and I am satisfied.If you look at the image on the right, you will see no foam. The colored one worked, but the black ink did not work. Since the price is about half, I felt okay and gave it three stars. Its cheaper, but you might not save money. The company offered to address the issue, so I upgraded to 4/5 stars, aka - not bad.

printing is terrible smudges on different parts of print out
When Limeink saw my headline they contacted me right away and offered to give me a full refund and to me this is a company that stands by their products I must of just gotten a bad cartridge which sometimes can happen.. So please give them the change they deserve .... And again thank you Limeink..... Looking forward to that refund.....
