The battery arrived with 52% charge and charged fully within a couple of hours.But when tested on battery power the laptop shutdown with no warning at all despite having 93% charge.Since testing the battery has shutdown a few times with varying states of charge.I believe this is not a low charge problem. Rather it is an overcurrent problem triggered whenever my laptop tries to pull more current. The battery is therefore unreliable and should be avoided.I will be returning mine.

Sadly not the good quality replacement battery I was hoping for.Failed very quickly and then return was made complicated by the fact it's a battery and Amazon won't pick up.
