Useless springs
I’ve been moving large granite blocks on an almost daily basis since receiving this unit, the largest being a 3 metre lintel, it’s certainly sturdy APART from the springs - they may have been incorporated to provide a form of suspension but were too easily compressed and “escaped” from their mountings, the barrow is equally effective without them tho they may have contributed to the initial cost '

Heavy duty
Very robustly built and does not seem to have the weak points of some other sack trucks. The spring system seems to work OK but makes the trolley wallow a bit with light loads. Good value.

Item not stable and drops loads
I had high hopes for this trolley - but sadly real life use has failed to meet my expectations. What can I say? It looks good and the wheels are efficient. But thats where it ends. When loading goods (2 or 3 boxes), I have found it leans to one side or the other - as the wheels are on a suspension, presumably to help with lifting.This has meant that I have dropped boxes and possibly caused damage to items as a result. Not impressed!Tried to get it returned, but told that the return delivery cost is on me AND that they reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item has been used.Ive tried calling them - but they keep promising to call back but never do.Be warned. Stay clear of this item. it is "NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE".I will be registering a complaint to Amazon. Lets see what happens.

An amazing little mover.
I loved this little truck, it was so Easy to use was very helpful moving my washing machine and big fridge freezer. Would recommend this to everyone

Don’t buy it
Very bad product, when moving boxes they tend to collapse. Reason being when turning it has 2 springs on each side which make products fall towards one side. Because of spring mechanism
