No issues, pool pump started right up.

Solved my problem.
Was the proper rating for my pump motor and stopped the tripping of the panel breaker. Tried everything and even had a larger breaker ready then thought about the top outside cap. Sure enough the thing was melted and bubbly. Haven’t trip the breaker since. Slightly larger than the original but it fit with a good squeeze.
