So even my replacement worked for about a week and now the collars wont work anymore!I purchased this product on December 1st. And only had it for maybe a week if that. The transmitter would only show a red light wouldnt turn on or off (even tho it was on charge all night) I email the company and they said they would fix it. Then my collars wouldnt work. The one wont turn on at all even tho it's been charged (it shows that its fully charged) and the other one just beeps. I emailed the company again and told them I wanted a new system or a refund. All I got was, "we replace for you". I asked how long it would take to get the replacement. I still havent heard from them and it's been about another week! At this point I just want my money return and I'll look for a new fence else where. It did work, and kept my two stubborn dogs in the yard, dont get me wrong. But only for a week. =/

We purchased this unit for our puppies about a month ago. For the most part it is a good unit. My puppies obey the beeps that it gives. It has really helped with them staying close to us and not wandering to far. The only down fall that I see to this product is that when the unit battery dies the collars will shock the puppy until the collar is shut off. This happened for the first time today. My poor puppies were running around screaming. I had to coax them over to me and shut the collars off. Now my puppies are laying on their bed shaking.So please make sure that the unit has a full charge in it before putting the collar on your fur baby. I did not realize that the battery was low. I now feel like a bad fur mama because of this.

I use it for the dogs in our house and love it.

The instructions are barely understandable. It appears that Google Translate was used, which means a great deal of the meaning was lost. The instructions indicate that a 3.7 volt lithium battery is needed for the base, but it charges with an electric cord. The collars work okay once you figure it all out as the directions are no help.

Boxed this back up to be sent back within 45 minutes of trying it out. The signal was blocked so easily there was no way you could trust putting it on your dog. As soon as the signal was blocked it would start shocking you, and yes I put it on my arm to test it.

We ordered it hoping to use it on the road, but it got here after we left, while we were on holiday time started as ownership but we only just brook the package open and one is broken and the other one turns off and on randomly!So either this company is horrible or we got a lemon.

Clear instructions. Must charge first before first use. After 2 days Lizzy knows the beeping is not good. She goes back to avoid anything more. She was shocked a few times and it gets her attention but she doesn't yelp. She just shakes her head and looks around.

I did not like this fencing system at all. My dogs were horrified of it and this was not their first time wearing a training collar that beeps or shocks. They would not step one foot outside and one would not come out from under my kitchen table. It took several days after sending the system back for them to act normal again.
