I like the shirt but it runs small
So for everybody in the US these shirts run small so if you want a fitted large get 2X and if you want a little bit loose large get 3x and it fits perfect

sizing
I usually don't provide feedback on products unless they are so good, the quality impresses me. This is the first negative feedback I've ever written. This company has no idea about sizing. I'm a decent-sized guy. I spend five days a week working out and a lot of it is in the gym. I have been the same weight and size for as long as I can remember. Every brand of shirt I buy is a 3X. This size fits exactly as I like shirts to fit me. I ordered this shirt in a 3X as well. At most, it was a medium. So, unless you are a female that weighs 100 pounds, do not order this product. The sizing is way off and it won't fit you.

Most people said size up, I sized down
Pros: It has really great grippy elbow pads, and it has the two pen slots on the left arm and 2 zip-up shoulder pockets like the regular uniform top. Love that! The fabric feels nice, but I ordered these for NTC in the middle of the summer so I have yet to know if they’re truly going to keep me cool in the midsummer desert heat.Cons: After reading many of the reviews, people said to size up. For reference, I’m a 5’4” female weighing 127lbs and I typically wear size medium very comfortably with breathing room. Per the reviews, I went ahead and ordered a large. I immediately returned it because I was absolutely swimming in that top, and judging based on that, I then ordered a small. I just tried it on and while it fits very comfortably in the chest/torso (I have plenty of breathing room), the arms are still way too big and baggy. In the photos, you’ll see how much extra fabric I’m pinching in the arm. I also pulled the fabric out to show where my arm ends (at my index finger) and how far out the fabric still goes (where it’s pinched with my thumb). I’ll have to take it to an alterations shop to take the arms in because it’s entirely too much extra fabric so for that reason, I deducted a star. The other star was deducted for the color of the Velcro— I can live with it, but I don’t love it. The velcro is dark green instead of tan like on standard uniforms. Most of my patches and name tapes will cover it luckily, but it is a little off putting nonetheless. If that’s a dealbreaker for you, it’s important to note that. Overall though, I’ll be keeping these and using them at NTC.

A lucky find.
I'm a big guy, so I had to hunt for one of these shirts in 3XL. While it's described as such it felt closer to a 2XL, which I could still work with. It paired really nicely with several pieces of gear that I own, as you can see. In spite of the fit it was very comfortable to wear.

Nice quality not compliant
Not AR 670-1 compliant. The cut is correct but the hook and loop patches are not only a different material but are not the right size. The name tape tab is almost 2 inches short. The rank square is half an inch short and the rectangle does not fit the standard US flag.
