Maybe 1000 lumens, but not bad for the price
Well, i knew when i bought it it wouldn't be 4,000 lumens. I'm an aspiring flashaholic and my collection barely exceeds double digits, but this false advertising of lumens isn't alright. It is a bright light, maybe 1000 lumens? And for the money it's worth it. The beam looks nothing like the advertised picture. If you want a beam like that you'll have to spend at least $200 on a long throw light. All in all decent light, for less than 20$ it's a decent deal. Just don't go touting that 4000 lumen figure, it simply is not.

Needed minor sanding in the end cap to make connection consistenly
It works pretty well now, xph50 as advertised, nice click action and great to know how the batt is doing w leds. Bigger than the 5 others I've bought, but brighter too and still lite and fits your hand well. Wouldn't stay lit consistently until after I emory clothed the threads in the cap and on body a bit then cleaned with wd40. The battery says 6800mah, but after a full discharge it only took a charge of 1800mah. When it dies, it will just cut off but will allow turn on again in a few seconds for a few seconds more. Probably because I was using it on hi. In contrast, I have a year old olight 2600mah that wasn't fully discharged, charging at the same time that took in 2300mah plus change. I use a Opus BT-3100 4 slot charger which I highly recommend as it's seen daily use for over a year w my son's vap batteries and still works 100%. And it charges all the way from the small ones to these 26650s w no issues.

Flickers and goes out when you zoom it
Sending it back. The flashlight is bright as hell, no doubt. But it malfunctions when zooming in and out. Flickers, and then (usually when zooming back out) just turns off. Then it takes several clicks to turn it on again. A smaller issue is that the rubber flap that covers the USB charging port flops open and gets in the way anytime you brush it with your finger. This is distracting, especially so if you are feeling for the on-button in the dark, and gives the flashlight a distinctly unsatisfactory feel in the hand. There were no instructions included in the plain cardboard box that the flashlight came in, adding further confirmation to my impression that this is another cheap piece of Chinese junk.

Serves the purpose
Things I like: Brightness of white light is great. Lightweight for easy travel. Seems durable - haven't put it to the real test yet.Things I HATE: USB cover does not stay close and is in a poorly located spot - opposite side of the on/off switch. Very annoying to position the flashlight to keep cover close while adjusting on/off. Can't do a one-click turn off - need to cycle through all settings which can be blinding. For the price paid and hassle to return, I'll keep as a back-up flashlight until I find the perfect one.

Really bright tactical flashlight with a couple quirks.
I like the size and weight of the flashlight, but I have a couple of problems. The only documentation I could find was a precautions sheet. There were no operating instructions with my unit, although it is pretty straight forward. I could not find a support number or contact info. My other problem is the function switch you use that steps through the various operating modes. Near the switch is a battery power level indicator. On two occassions, so far, I have tried to turn on the flashlight with all the LEDs lit and everything turned off. I had to recharge the unit before i could use it. I may be mistaken on how the LEDs are used, but they sequence during the recharging cycle and it seems a bit logical that they would sequence down as the battery weakens.

Great flashlight/needs instructions
The flashlight is good quality and met expectations. The USB charger is convenient. I was about to return the product thinking it was broken but realized after the first charge that I had left the plastic wrap on the battery. No instructions came with it to warn me of the need to prep the battery. If you buy the product make sure you unwrap the battery, or in some cases when the battery doesn't have a wrap I suspect you may find some sort of barrier where the battery and flashlight terminals meet that has to be removed. Saves battery life but causes problems when not properly instructed. Otherwise a 5

Nice sturdy bright light..would have like instructions
I thought I was going to be disappointed when I charged this and then it seemed not to work. I read some questions and answers as many seemed to have the same problem. One person suggested that The plastic should be removed from battery. Voila that did the trick. The unit is very solid and feels sturdy. Light is very bright. I love that it charges from a little port in the side. Other ones I’ve seen you have to unscrew the battery to charge it. I’m giving 4 stars because there were no instructions included which would have helped with the initial charging issue. issue.

The light is brilliant
Battery runs out too quick. Too many levels of light. Would have preferred a separate on/off switch. On the positive the light oh the light, it is blinding
