I like the packaging and how easy it was for me to put it together. The directions were not clear. I had to do additional research online to figure out how the parts should be put together. I still have 3 pieces in the box and have no idea what to do with them. I’m just happy the rope works. Getting a great cardio at the gym.

Amazing rope and handles but only 1 problem would be that the handles loosen at the ends where the threads are from time to time.

It is a little too long and I had trouble cutting the rope because it is too strong (a good thing indeed). Have been using it everyday for a month now. It keeps me fit! ♥

If you are used to heavy jump rope this is not for you. I am used to a rawhide rope about 5/16 thick with wood handles and ball bearing swivels, and I thought I would try these, big mistake. it was like trying to jump rope with a light piece of yarn. I found the light cable made it difficult for me to get speed (low inertia with light cable) my heavier rawhide rope allowed me to get greater momentum and speed. Quality of this rope did look good to me but was just to light for me.

Setting up the jump rope was easy. However, it kept tangling up and it broke within the first 30 minutes of use. Don't recommend it.

Easy to assemble the handles to the rope. they locked in place. you can use it with or without the weighted inserts for the handles. so far so good.
