Since I've become older..I have less enthusiasm for outside work..so I decided to try just whacking off troublesome weeds and ferns. Lazy? Maybe so but up and down and up again is just too difficult for me..down I can handle..getting up not so much. But I digress..these are terrific..sharp..easy to use and just the right thing for me now.Give them a try no matter your age..worth it.

These are the best scissors I’ve ever used! As a matter of fact I have 3 now. Plus they’re so easy to keep sharp. I just strop them every time I use them. They’re better that the clippers I used to use for pruning plants, roses, or even small bushes!

I bought two sets for use in my greenhouse and woodshop. They are sharp and I hope they stay that way. They can be taken apart easily to sharpen and have some useful features. The only thing I am concerned about is that the protective sheath. If you are not very careful you can take a little skin off when inserting the shears into the sheath.

My friend bought me a pair and they are the best scissors ever. I had them for 8 years using them every day in my yard.

These scissors are good for cooking (think spatchcock or salad greens), light sheet metal, garden, fabric and even trimming my old-guy whiskers. I keep 'em on the fridge with magnets. Get the orange-black ones for high visibility. The sheath has a hook-shaped box cutter to prevent cutting the contents of a package, as well as a ceramic sharpener at the correct angle to dress the blades. I keep a couple on hand for stocking stuffers. If a nicer pair of scissors exists, I've yet to find 'em. Edward ScissorsHands would wax rhapsodic over these bad boys.

I absolutely love these ! They're so light and easy to use but oh so durable!Will purchase again. I've used them almost daily without a problem.

The scissors were easy to use and seemed like a quality product. I immediately tested it out on some scrap paper and was not disappointed. The blade is sharp and is maintained with a honing rod. There isa lifetime warranty which is reflective of the quality of the brand name. I have purchased many Fiskar products in the past and they have always met my expectations.
