Clamps breaks off after couple of uses. Replacements are not available it seems . It is a manufacturing issue.Please let me know what to do if any one is aware of this issue

These are just what I needed for my kids school lunches. Now they can have more variety in what they take, since I can send warm foods. Sometimes I wish they were a bit bigger, but they fit well in the lunchbox, so they probably couldn't make them much bigger anyway.

Yes, I know...the comparison table on the product page has a little "x" indicating they are not dishwasher safe. So, it's on me that I didn't see that...I just wish I had looked closer before buying, and wish it had been noted a little more prominently in the product description.I did not try putting them in the dishwasher (I did read the sticker when they arrived), so they still are fine, but I really wish I'd known, because I do not want any more non-dishwasher-safe stuff.As for performance, on first use they kept the food warm, but in the future I'll have to heat the food more before putting it in these, because the food was not that warm by lunchtime. They seem to be designed and constructed nicely enough. We'll see how long they last.[UPDATE]Three of the four locking flaps on one of these have broken off. Not good.

This is my second order in three years. Well-made the snap on clips tend to pop off but other than that keeps food very warm.

LEAK PROOF BUT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET CLEANED. BOTH THEM SMELLED LIKE SOUR MILK AFTER WASHING THEM 4 TIMES. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

The whole thing is just not worth it. You would experience leakage, it’s so small and not deep. Washing the inner corners can be a bit difficult too unless you remove the band which then starts to fall off all the time. Worse of all, it doesn’t keep food warm. Save your money please.
