JUST DO IT!
Used Callan's exercises long ago and got great results but I was in my early 40's. Now that I am 55, I wanted to get back on them so I started easy with reg Callanetics and AM/PM first for a few months until I was perfect in my form and execution. Now have started SUPER Callanetics and find I am more flexible, strong and graceful than at any point in my life! The Super Callanetics will kick your butt but are so worth it. I do it every other day, faithfully (even on the road), with yoga on other days and, for aerobic exercise ride my bike 12 miles each day. My legs are lean and sculpted, my behind tight, high and round and my belly has a tight six pack! I am now 56 and never thought this was possible. I recommend that you get the book as well so that you will get even more detail on the how and why these exercises work. The more precisely you do them, the deeper they work. They are tough but, as you get stronger, you will be addicted to them. What's great is, no matter how strong you get, you can push your level up a notch by "tightening your behind and tipping your pelvis up". Thank you, Callan for inventing these "magic" exercises. I am committed for life to them.

Picks up your body nice...
Picks up your body nice, making it look less flabby and soggy. This workout makes you look like you got a body lift from plastic surgery or frequent body wraps, if you do it often. Only problem is that it can be boring; I force myself to do it because it works. If I don't this at least once a week, ohhhh I can see the difference.

My favorite workout of all time
My favorite workout of all time. Time & again, since 1989, I come back to it for its powerful body-sculpting techniques. Seriously wonderful. And after all this time, the cheesy late-80s production value is part of the charm. Great de-stressing workout, as well... Callan has a soothing quality and the workout is a tonic for the nervous system.

Great program, especially if you have some health problem
I have used various versions of Callanetics for 30 years. I have fibromyalgia, so all aerobic programs, etc. are too strenuous, bit these work great. You really do need to follow her directions for doing them slowly and using the correct posture. These help keep my pain at bay and actually help me have more energy and easier movement.

Still fabulous after all these years
I was deeply into Callanetics ten years ago and had lost my DVD. So happy to have found it here. The program is still great. Just be very careful and don't overdue whatsoever - this is deep-tissue exercising and pushing yourself to pain is not safe!

This will transform your body with minimal effort. Amazing Results
Don't know how it works but it works. Have been using Callanetics for some years. Small movements but BIG RESUL:TS. You will not be disappointed after about 4 weeks with your results. Low impact BUT VERY EFFECTIVE.

Callanetics is fun!
I used to have the Callanetics on tape and I wanted to try it out again on DVD. I really enjoy Callanetics and think it is helpful to me.

Eternally Effective
No frills workout that works. Would like to see the DVD split into chapters so you can skip ahead if you work faster than the video's timer, but I can't complain because it gets the job done beautifully.
