Although this item arrived with two small cracks that were visible behind the mermaid's head, I needed it for the sandcastle cake I made. It is lightweight enough to not weigh down the cake, and the colors are vibrant. It really is a cute item and worth the buy. I wish it had not arrived damaged. I chose to keep it due to time constraint for the shower.
