freshness. ease of opening lid, this is not easy,in fact I huet my finger trying to open it.
very strong and smell great ,not use to the larger leaf it is hard to shake out in the original container! I put mine in one that has larger holes and easier to close lid.

Different spice, but overall ok
I’m not sure about this “Italian” seasoning...there is some spice scent that is odd about it. Overall, it has a good flavor and seems to keep a good flavor when used it cooking.

I expected more of fresh Italian oregano fragrance as a core for this Mixture,not an unattractive kind of stale and not interesting one.
